SIGIT Automotive replaces Sanfiz Carvajal and appoints Manoni as president

The board of directors of SIGIT Automotive Sociedad Limitada, an industrial company based in Zaragoza, has renewed its leadership: Luis Sanfiz Carvajal steps down as president and is replaced by Lorenzo Manoni, who also joins as a director alongside Simone DiGiovanni. The agreement was registered in the Commercial Registry of Zaragoza on October 6, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry (BORME) no. 198, dated October 14, 2026, under the official reference BORME-A-2026-198-50.

The entry appears in the First Section of the BORME, dedicated to the registered acts of entrepreneurs, under the Zaragoza heading and with entry number 457324 (page 48102). The recorded registration data are S 8, H Z 56849, I/A 21, with a registration date of October 6, 2026.

The BORME is the official journal that publicizes acts registered in the provincial commercial registries, meaning the entry confirms the effectiveness against third parties of the change in the company’s administrative body.

A handover with double cessation and two appointments

The registration records, in a single entry, the departures and arrivals on the company’s board of directors:

• Cessations and resignations as directors: Gennaro Maria Fabbrocino and Luis Sanfiz Carvajal, who also appeared under the registration designation Cons.Del.Sol.
• Cessation as president: Luis Sanfiz Carvajal.
• Appointments as directors: Simone DiGiovanni and Lorenzo Manoni.
• Appointment as president: Lorenzo Manoni.

The move leaves the board with a renewed composition and places an executive linked to the industrial group that owns the company at the head of the administrative body.

Manoni and DiGiovanni, the new names on the board

Lorenzo Manoni assumes the presidency and takes his seat on the board for the first time, while Simone DiGiovanni joins as a director. In December 2025, the BORME published the change of identity of its sole shareholder, which became S.I.G.I.T. Società Italiana Gomma Industriale Tori (BORME-A-2025-229-50, dated December 1, 2025), confirming the company’s control by the Italian group of the same name.

The company has also been involved in relevant corporate operations: in 2023, it absorbed Aster Investments Sociedad Limitada Unipersonal through a merger by absorption (BORME-C-2023-4505, dated July 4, 2023, and BORME-A-2023-225-50, dated November 27, 2023), and in that same year, it adjusted its capital with a reduction of 1,263,950 euros and a subsequent increase up to 1,500,000 euros (BORME-A-2023-50-50, dated March 13, 2023).
