Siétamo modifies urban planning alignments on Calle Arrabal

The Siétamo City Council (Huesca) has agreed to the initial approval of a Detailed Study for the modification of alignments in consolidated urban land at Calle Arrabal numbers 7-9 in the town. The decision was adopted through Mayoral Resolution number 179, of 17 August 2026, and its full text was published on Tuesday, 18 August 2026, in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca (BOPH), number 156, in the Local Administration —City Councils— section, page 35.
The action falls within the General Urban Development Plan of Siétamo, which in this matter operates through the Subsidiary Municipal Planning Regulations, homologated as a general plan. The document subject to processing concerns a plot classified as residential zone R-1, in consolidated urban land within the municipal area.
Purpose of the detailed study
The urban planning instrument initially approved aims to modify the current alignments of the plot located at Calle Arrabal 7-9. This is land classified as consolidated urban land, which means the area already has basic facilities and infrastructure.

Public information period
In accordance with Article 68.1 of the Consolidated Text of the Urban Planning Law of Aragon (approved by Legislative Decree 1/2014, of 8 July, of the Government of Aragon), the file is subject to public information for a period of one month, counted from the day following the publication of the notice in the BOPH. The notice will also be published in a newspaper with the largest provincial circulation and on the notice board of the Siétamo City Council.
During this period, any interested party may examine the file and submit the allegations they deem appropriate. The file will be available for consultation:
- At the municipal offices of Siétamo
- On the City Council’s electronic headquarters (https://sietamo.sedipualba.es/)
Suspension of urban planning licenses
As a consequence of the initial approval, the suspension of the granting of urban planning licenses is agreed in the areas affected by the Detailed Study where the new determinations entail a modification of the current urban planning regime. This suspension specifically affects the plots at C/Arrabal no. 7-9 in Siétamo.
- Maximum duration of the suspension: One year from the date of the initial approval agreement
- Early termination: If the instrument obtains final approval before the full year has elapsed
The resolution was signed on 17 August 2026 in Siétamo by D. José Mª Loscertales Aranda, in his capacity as Mayor of the municipality. The notice is also issued as notification to interested parties when personal notification of the granting of the hearing procedure cannot be carried out.
