Sescam publishes the commission that will evaluate the merit competition 1/2026

The Castilla-La Mancha Health Service (Sescam) has announced the appointment of the individuals who will make up the evaluation committee for the singularized merit competition CSM Sescam 1/2026, convened to fill a vacant job position in the Administration of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha. This is established by the Resolution of 08/25/2026 of the General Secretariat, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) number 168, dated September 2, 2026, with reference 2026/6336.

The call for the competition was made through the Resolution of 06/23/2026, of the General Secretariat of Sescam, published in DOCM no. 126, of 07/06/2026. The composition of the committee is made public in accordance with the provisions of the eighth clause of said call, following the proposals made by the competent bodies.

Composition of the evaluation committee

The committee consists of five permanent members and an equal number of substitutes, with the presence of union representatives in the evaluating body.

Guarantees of impartiality

The members of the evaluation committee shall be subject to the regime of abstention and recusal provided for in Articles 23 and 24 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector. This provision reinforces the transparency and objectivity of the selection process, by requiring members to abstain when grounds for abstention exist and allowing interested parties to recuse them.

Signature and delegation

The resolution, dated in Toledo on August 25, 2026, is signed by the General Secretary, Mr. Luis Ruiz Molina, exercising the delegation of signature of the Director-Manager of Sescam, in accordance with the Resolution of 11/20/2023 (DOCM no. 233, of December 5), modified by the Resolution of 07/19/2024 (DOCM no. 144, of July 26).

The publication of the committee’s composition is of particular interest to the applicants for the convened position, who may know the evaluators in advance and exercise, if applicable, the rights of recusal provided by law. In doing so, Sescam reinforces the transparency of a position filling process in the regional health administration.
