Serón auctions two industrial warehouses in Las Zaleas via open procedure

The Serón City Council has called for an auction for the disposal of two industrial warehouses located on Mina Jota Street, in the Las Zaleas Industrial Estate, through an open procedure. The announcement, adopted by agreement of the Local Government Board on October 8, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Almería number 209, dated October 28, 2026, with announcement reference 2776/26 (file 2026/408340/007-023/00005, page 35). Interested parties have ten business days to submit their offers electronically.

The call is supported by the agreement of the Local Government Board of June 13, 2025, and affects assets of a patrimonial nature of the municipality. • Warehouse 1: cadastral reference 3549301WG4334N0001XB; plot of 613.00 m² according to the cadastre; built area of 611.00 m² (438.00 m² + 173.00 m²) and useful area of 590.14 m² (427.09 m² + 163.05 m²).
• Warehouse 3: part of plots 3549304WG4334N0001EB and 3549305WG4334N0001S; plot of 445.33 m²; built area of 338.00 m² and useful area of 330.30 m².

Altogether, the announcement describes a built area of 949 square meters and a useful area of 920.44 square meters, distributed among plots 3-1, 3-4, and 3-5 of Mina Jota Street.

Ten business days and exclusively electronic submission

The deadline for the submission of offers is ten business days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Almería, meaning the count begins on October 29. The conditions of the call are as follows:
