Sentmenat submits the Can Clapers industrial estate parking lot for public consultation

The Sentmenat City Council has initially approved and submitted for public review the Project for the implementation of a parking lot and sustainable mobility services in the Can Clapers industrial estate, with a contract execution budget of 984,039.88 euros. The agreement of the municipal Plenary of September 24, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat de Catalunya (DOGC) no. 9770, dated October 9, 2026, under the reference CVE-DOGC-A-26275090-2026. The process opens a period of 30 business days for interested parties to submit allegations against the project.

The announcement, signed by Mayor Montserrat Rueda Miralles on October 2, 2026, is framed within the Local Administration section, City Councils subsection, of the official bulletin. The project is processed under file number 3524/2026 and was drafted by Mr. J.E.T. The technical documentation is subject to public exhibition before its final approval.

Thirty business days of public review

• The municipal notice board on the Sentmenat City Council website.

During this period, any interested party may submit in writing, to the City Council, the claims and allegations they consider pertinent. The writings may be addressed to the municipal corporation through any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

The announcement specifies that, if no allegation, claim, or suggestion is presented during the public review period, the technical documentation will be definitively approved without the need for any further agreement.

The publication in the DOGC provides formal coverage for a procedure that conditions the bidding and execution schedule for the Can Clapers industrial estate parking lot. For companies and residents of the area, the 30-working-day period is the only window to introduce changes to a project of nearly one million euros before it is definitively approved.
