Senda Investment Management establishes a venture capital SGEIC in Madrid

The Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) number 166, dated August 28, 2026, publishes in its first section the incorporation of Senda Investment Management SGEIC SA, a new venture capital entity management company based in Madrid. The registration, recorded under number 396785 and reference BORME-A-2026-166-28, records the start of operations on July 24, 2026, and the appointment of its board of directors.

The new management company is established as a closed-end collective investment entity management company (SGEIC), a regulated vehicle that joins the Spanish venture capital fund ecosystem.

Corporate Purpose and Activity

According to the articles of incorporation, Senda Investment Management SGEIC SA shall have as its purpose the administration and management of Venture Capital Funds (FCR), Venture Capital Companies (SCR), and any other closed-end collective investment entities (EICC), as well as the control and management of their risks. Additionally, the company will assume the functions that venture capital regulations attribute to management companies.

The company establishes its registered office at Pedro de Valdivia 10, 2nd floor, Madrid, and declares a share capital of 125,000.00 euros.
