Six Aragonese regions: new family psychological care agreements

The Official Gazette of Aragon number 157, of 14 August 2026, publishes in its section III (Other Provisions and Agreements) six orders of the Vice Presidency of the Government and Department of the Presidency, Justice, Culture and Sport providing for the publication of the same number of collaboration agreements between the Aragonese Institute for Women and six Aragonese counties for the provision of the family psychological, social and educational care service. The agreements, signed between 25 June and 9 July 2026, are entered in the General Register of Agreements under numbers 2026/6/0330 to 2026/6/0348.

Orders PJC/1189/2026 to PJC/1194/2026, all of 30 July 2026 and signed in Zaragoza, are issued in accordance with sections 5 and 6 of Article 151 of Law 5/2021, of 29 June, on the Organisation and Legal Regime of the Autonomous Public Sector of Aragon, and with Article 13 of Decree 57/2012, of 7 March, of the Government of Aragon, which regulates the General Register of Agreements of the Autonomous Community of Aragon. Six counties, six agreements

Each agreement has been signed by the Vice President and Minister of the Presidency, Justice, Culture and Sport of the Government of Aragon and by the president of the corresponding county:

• County of the Community of Calatayud: order PJC/1189/2026, agreement 2026/6/0330, signed on 25 June 2026 (BOA20260814014).
• County of Cuencas Mineras: order PJC/1190/2026, agreement 2026/6/0332, signed on 1 July 2026 (BOA20260814015).
• County of Tarazona and el Moncayo: order PJC/1193/2026, agreement 2026/6/0347, signed on 26 June 2026 (BOA20260814018).
• County of Sobrarbe: order PJC/1191/2026, agreement 2026/6/0345, signed on 8 July 2026 (BOA20260814016).
• County of Somontano de Barbastro: order PJC/1192/2026, agreement 2026/6/0346, signed on 8 July 2026 (BOA20260814017).
• County of Valdejalón: order PJC/1194/2026, agreement 2026/6/0348, signed on 9 July 2026 (BOA20260814019).

A deployment across the entire territory

These six agreements are not isolated cases. Issues 155 and 156 of the Official Gazette of Aragon, of 12 and 13 August, had already given publicity to another eight agreements of the same programme with counties such as Campo de Cariñena, Campo de Daroca, Aranda, Central County, Campo de Belchite or Cinca Medio. In only three days, the gazette has published fourteen agreements of the Aragonese Institute for Women aimed at bringing psychological, social and educational care closer to families in the territory.

Legal framework and signature

The six resolutions bear the signature, by delegation, of the Technical Secretary-General of the Presidency, Justice, Culture and Sport, Cristina Asensio Grijalba, by virtue of the Order of 28 November 2024 of the Regional Minister of the Presidency, Economy and Justice. With publication in the official bulletin, the agreements acquire full publicity and effectiveness against third parties, thereby completing the procedure provided for in the regional regulations on agreements.

The publication of these agreements consolidates the network of social services in rural Aragon: families in six further counties will have at their disposal a specialised psychological, social and educational support service, with a stable collaboration framework between the Government of Aragon and the county entities, and with public access to their content through the General Register of Agreements.
