Sarria: payment of a fair price for electrical expropriations

The Regional Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Xunta de Galicia, through its Territorial Department of Lugo, publishes in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lugo (no. 195, of August 27, 2026) two announcements regarding the payment of the fair price for expropriations derived from two electrical projects in the municipality of Sarria. The payment will take place on December 3, 2026, in accordance with the calendar established in the resolution of the Expropriation Jury of Galicia.

The announcements, signed on August 19, 2026, by the territorial director, Gustavo J. Casasola de Cabo, correspond to resolutions R. 2286 and R. 2287 and directly affect the owners of the plots occupied by the electrical installations.

Two electrical projects in Sarria

The first announcement (resolution R. 2286) refers to file 2020/13-ATE, corresponding to Modified 1 of Project CT, LMT Peche TTL814 with SAR806 in Sarria. The second (resolution R. 2287) affects file 2021/24-ATE, for the project LMTA, CTI, RBT Outeiro, also in the municipality of Sarria.

Both procedures are processed under the resolution issued by the Expropriation Jury of Galicia, which sets the date, time, and place for the payment of the fair price to each affected holder.

Payment calendar and holders

In file 2020/13-ATE (R. 2286), the payment on December 3, 2026, in Sarria affects the following holders:

• Monte Comunal de Corvelle e de Seteventos (plot 7), at 12:00.
• Jose Sánchez Rivera (fiscal) (plot 6), at 12:00.
• Manuel Ángel López López (plots 9 and 14), at 12:15.
• Evaristo Mourin Villar (fiscal) (plot 10), at 12:30.
• Estate of Manuel López, represented by Jose Ángel López Folgueira (plot 15), at 12:40.
• Antonio Castro Castro and siblings (plot 16), at 13:00.
• Unknowns (plots 11, 12 and others), at 13:00.

In file 2021/24-ATE (R. 2287), also on December 3, 2026, in Sarria, the listed holders are:

• Unknown (plot 1), at 10:00.
• Iván Valcarcel Fernández (plot 2), at 10:00.
• María Carmen Fernández Díaz (plots 4 and 6), at 10:30.
• Manuel López López (plot 8), at 11:00.

Legal framework of the payment

The owners of the affected plots will be notified individually, and they are advised that payments will be made under the conditions established in Article 48 of the Forced Expropriation Law, of December 16, 1954 (BOE no. 351, of December 17, 1954), as well as Articles 48, 49, and 50 of its Regulation, of April 26, 1957 (BOE no. 160, of June 20, 1957).

The publication of these notices guarantees the publicity and legal certainty of the procedure, so that all interested parties, including those whose ownership appears as unknown, may appear on the indicated day and time to receive the compensation corresponding to them for the occupation of their lands.
