Sarrià de Ter publishes the appointments and hiring of municipal personnel

The Sarrià de Ter City Council has published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (BOP) the appointments and hirings of municipal personnel formalized between August 1 and December 31, 2025. The list, which includes one interim appointment and ten hirings, is made known through edict number 7395 of the BOP of Girona, with official reference BOP-2026_0_162_7395, electronically signed by the acting mayor, Joaquim Rodriguez Vidal.

The publication is based on article 62.1.b) of Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, which approves the revised text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, and on articles 82 and 94 of Decree 214/90, of July 30, which approves the Personnel Regulations for Local Entities. The announcement corresponds to file X2025002192 and is published in compliance with the duty of transparency regarding the management of the municipal workforce.

Interim appointment to the Local Police

Through Mayoral Decree 2025DECR001075, of August 6, 2025, the interim appointment by accumulation of tasks as an officer of the Local Police of Sarrià de Ter was made for Ms. Mª del Rocío Jiménez Murga.

Permanent employment contracts

The majority of the published hirings are permanent employment contracts effective from August 1, 2025:

• Esther Ferrero Bosch, employment and local development agent – economic promotion, Group A2 (code 22), by Decree 2025DECR001039 of July 31, 2025.
• Mònica Singla Cabré, director of the Nursery School, Group A2 (code 23), by Decree 2025DECR001041 of July 31, 2025.
• Maria del Mar Casas Oller, auxiliary Library technician, by Decree 2025DECR001044 of August 1, 2025.
• Núria Senen Casadevall, early childhood education technician at the Confetti Municipal Nursery School, Group C1 (code 27), by Decree 2025DECR001048 of August 1, 2025.
• Mònica Garcia Hernández, early childhood education technician at the Confetti Municipal Nursery School, Group C1 (code 28), by Decree 2025DECR001050 of August 1, 2025.
• Montserrat Lopez Vidaña, early childhood education technician at the Confetti Municipal Nursery School, Group C1 (code 29), by Decree 2025DECR001049 of August 1, 2025.
• Aitor Monferrer Sande, administrative assistant, Group C1 (code 37), effective from August 18, 2025, by Decree 2026DECR000085 of January 26, 2026.

Temporary and urgency contracts

In addition to the permanent positions, the announcement includes several temporary contracts and those based on service needs:

• Unai Arroyo Morales, lifeguard at the municipal pool for the 2025 season, hired under maximum urgency through Decree 2025DECR001140 of August 19, 2025, from August 12 to September 14, 2025.
• Maria Teresa Batllosera Ribas, educator at the Confetti Municipal Nursery School, for the interim coverage of two positions with a total of 33% of the working day, effective September 1, 2025, by Decree 2025DECR001200 of August 29, 2025.
• Judith Benítez Ileane, civic agent, effective September 26, 2025, by Decree 2025DECR001360 of September 26, 2025.

The publication of this list in the BOP of Girona reinforces transparency in the human resources management of the Sarrià de Ter City Council and is of interest both to the municipal staff and to applicants for positions in the local administration, who can consult the mayoral decrees that underpin each appointment and contract.
