Saras Energía appoints Meliá Suárez as CEO and Belli as Chairman

Saras Energía SA has renewed its corporate governance leadership with the appointment of María Elena Meliá Suárez as director and chief executive officer, and the reelection of Roberto Belli as director and chairman. The operation, registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid on October 5, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry (BORME) number 197, dated October 13, 2026, under reference BORME-A-2026-197-28 (page 47690). The move includes the departure of the until-now vice president Umberto Coletta.

The announcement appears in the First Section of the BORME, dedicated to “Entrepreneurs - Registered Acts,” within the heading corresponding to the province of Madrid. The recorded registration data are S 8, H M 103446, I/A 115, with a registration date of October 5, 2026, confirming that the corporate decision has already been formalized in the Commercial Registry.

The company, holder of the Madrid registration sheet M 103446, has accumulated several board changes in recent months. In December 2025 (registration I/A 110), Umberto Coletta was appointed director and vice president replacing Javier Albares Mansilla, and in March 2026 (I/A 112), Roberto Belli assumed the presidency. The registration now published consolidates that line and adds the entry of Meliá Suárez into the administrative body with delegated executive functions.

The agreement incorporates two new directors and designates a chief executive officer:

The renewal of the board of Saras Energía SA comes after a year of continuous changes in its leadership and directly affects shareholders, employees, and creditors of the energy group, who see a new distribution of power between the presidency and the chief executive office being consolidated. The publication in the BORME grants these appointments and removals full effectiveness against third parties, meaning the information is enforceable from the date of registration.
