The offer is framed within the local regime and state public employment. Its publication complies with the provisions of Article 91 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Regime, and Article 70.2 of the revised text of the Basic Statute of Public Employees Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30. The announcement appears in section 2.3 (Others) of the gazette, on pages 42549 and 42550.

The document was signed in Santa Cruz de Bezana on August 28, 2026, by the acting mayor, Manuela Bolado Alcalde, acting by virtue of Resolution 2104/2026, of August 10, 2026. Against the resolution, which concludes the administrative process, the following may be filed:

  • An optional appeal for reversal (recurso de reposición) before the Mayor, within one month from the day following the publication of the announcement, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1.
  • A contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Santander, within two months, in accordance with article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13.

Impact for the municipality
