Santa Coloma de Farners calls for culture grants for non-profit entities

The City Council of Santa Coloma de Farners has published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (BOP no. 178, of September 16, 2026) the extract of the agreement of July 20, 2026, which calls for culture grants under a competitive bidding process for non-profit entities and associations for the year 2026. The call, identified with number 928737 in the National Grants Database (BDNS), is governed by Law 38/2003, of November 17, the general law on grants.

The full text of the specific regulatory bases was published in BOP number 136, of July 17, 2026, and is also available on the City Council’s notice board (e-board). The agreement is signed by the mayor, Josep Prat Pla.

Beneficiaries and object of the aid

Associations and other non-profit entities from the municipality of Santa Coloma de Farners that are legally constituted and registered in the City Council’s Municipal Registry of Entities, and that possess the sufficient means and capacity to develop the projects and guarantee the fulfillment of the objectives, may apply for the grants.

The call includes two grant lines:

• Line 1: grants for entities and associations that carry out specific activities of a cultural nature.
• Line 2: grants for entities and associations that program a stable season of performing arts for children.

Amount and submission deadline

The maximum budget for the granting of the subsidies is €19,440, charged to the budget application 26.05.3330.48001 (Culture and Festivals Grants). The maximum total amount that each association or entity can receive cannot exceed €3,000 per grant line.

The deadline for submitting applications is 15 calendar days starting from the day after the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona. Applications must be formalized using the forms that will be available to interested parties at the electronic office and the City Council Registry.

Impact on the associative fabric

This call represents direct financial support for the cultural associative fabric of the municipality, both for specific activities and for the stable programming of performing arts aimed at children. Interested entities have just over two weeks to submit their applications and opt for the aid under a competitive bidding process.
