Sant Sadurní tenders the repair of the municipal indoor pool's gutter

The City Council of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia has approved the tender for the repair works of the reinforced concrete ledge at the entrance of the municipal indoor swimming pool, with a base budget of 29,472.62 euros including VAT. The decision was formalized by Mayoral Decree number DEC/2026-2535, issued on August 30, 2026, and was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on September 22, 2026, under the official reference CVE 202610140850. The announcement occupies page 1-1 of the edition.

A valued technical report

The first point of the resolution part of the decree approves the valued technical report of the planned construction interventions for the repair of the reinforced concrete ledge at the entrance of the municipal indoor swimming pool. The technical document was drafted by the municipal technical architect Mireia Taixé i Vilana, who assumes the definition of the actions to be executed on this construction element.

The base tender budget is set at 29,472.62 euros (twenty-nine thousand four hundred seventy-two euros and sixty-two cents), including VAT. This figure is the economic reference upon which interested construction companies must present their offers.

Publicity and internal transfer

The second point of the resolution orders the publication of the announcement on the municipal notice board and in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona, for the purposes of publicity and transparency. The third point agrees to transfer the resolution to the Municipal Technical Services, the area that will have to manage the processing of the file.

The object of the tender is, therefore, a specific repair work on the ledge of the entrance of the municipal sports facility, and not a comprehensive renovation of the equipment.

Deadline for appeal

Against the resolution, which ends the administrative route, a double deadline is opened:

• Optional appeal for reversal before the body that issued it, within a period of one month starting from the day after the publication of the announcement.
• Contentious-administrative appeal before the contentious-administrative courts of Barcelona, within a period of two months starting from the day after the publication.

Signature and date

The announcement is signed by the Mayor-President, Pere Vernet Caldú, and is dated in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia on September 14, 2026. The effective publication in the provincial gazette occurred on September 22, 2026.

The tender opens a contracting opportunity for construction companies in the region and, at the same time, addresses a deficiency detected in an element of the entrance of the indoor pool, a collective-use facility. The publication in the provincial gazette guarantees the competition and traceability of the procedure.
