Toledo Health Department notifies five sanctions and one proceeding against companies

The Provincial Health Delegation of Toledo has publicized the resolutions of five sanctioning proceedings and the initiation agreement of another proceeding, as notification could not be carried out at the last known address of the interested parties. The communication is formalized through two notifications dated August 13, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha number 159, of August 20, 2026, in section III of Other Provisions and Acts of the Ministry of Health.

Publication due to failed notification

This measure is adopted in accordance with articles 42.2, 44, and 46 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (BOE 236, of October 2, 2015). Since notification was attempted at the last known address without success, the Administration proceeds to publicize the acts so that those affected may know their full content.

Interested parties may appear at the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of Health in Toledo, at Río Guadalmena street, no. 2, 45007 Toledo, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The period for appearance is ten business days, counted from the day following the publication of the resolution. Once this period has elapsed without appearance, the notification shall be deemed served and shall produce the appropriate effects.

Resolutions of sanctioning proceedings

Notification 2026/6131 contains the resolutions of five sanctioning proceedings processed by the Provincial Delegation of Toledo, with the following data:

• Proceeding 45247/2025-S, resolution, CIF 04172635K, locality of Talavera de la Reina.
• Proceeding 45057/2025-C, resolution, NIF Y1399889P, locality of Toledo.
• Proceeding 45090/2025-C, resolution, CIF B44897403, locality of Seseña.
• Proceeding 45095/2025-C, resolution, CIF B05413943, locality of Toledo.
• Proceeding 45103/2025-C, resolution, CIF B16974032, locality of Cazalegas.

Agreement to initiate proceeding

Notification 2026/6132, for its part, publicizes an agreement to initiate a sanctioning proceeding, also processed by the Provincial Delegation of Toledo:

• Proceeding 45042/2026-C, agreement to initiate sanctioning proceeding, CIF B42683045, locality of Ibi.

Both documents are signed by the provincial delegate, Jaime David Corregidor Muñoz, in Toledo on August 13, 2026.

Relevance for those affected

Publication in the official bulletin constitutes the sole channel for affected companies and individuals to become aware of the existence of the proceedings, given that personal notification could not be carried out. Those who do not appear within the period of ten business days will have the notification deemed as served, with the resulting legal consequences; therefore, it is essential that interested parties from Talavera de la Reina, Toledo, Seseña, Cazalegas, and Ibi go to the Provincial Delegation to learn the full content of the resolutions and exercise their rights of defense.
