Guadalajara Health Department opens proceedings for public health violations

The Provincial Health Delegation of Guadalajara has publicized the initiation agreements of two sanctioning proceedings for public health violations, via a notification dated August 14, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (no. 160, August 21, 2026, p. 30632). - C19-36-2026 — initiation agreement, NIF 03233226R, locality of Azuqueca de Henares.
Both proceedings are processed by the Provincial Health Delegation of Guadalajara and affect both companies and individuals within the province.
Deadline and form of allegations
Interested parties have ten business days, counting from the day following the publication of the notification, to provide whatever allegations, documents, or information they deem appropriate and, if applicable, propose evidence specifying the means they intend to use. Once this period has elapsed without appearance, the agreement will be considered notified and will take the appropriate effect.
