Guadalajara Health Department opens proceedings for public health violations

The Provincial Health Delegation of Guadalajara has publicized the initiation agreements of two sanctioning proceedings for public health violations, via a notification dated August 14, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (no. 160, August 21, 2026, p. 30632). The affected parties, companies and individuals, have a period of ten business days to submit allegations.

The notification is carried out by edict, after unsuccessful attempts to serve it at the last known address of the interested parties, in accordance with the provisions of articles 42.2, 44, and 46 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The announcement is inserted in both the Official State Gazette and the DOCM.

Proceedings and affected persons

The list attached to the notification identifies two sanctioning proceedings, including their number, type of notification, tax identifier, and locality:

• C19-35-2026 — initiation agreement, CIF B91690842, locality of Alcalá de Guadaira.
• C19-36-2026 — initiation agreement, NIF 03233226R, locality of Azuqueca de Henares.

Both proceedings are processed by the Provincial Health Delegation of Guadalajara and affect both companies and individuals within the province.

Deadline and form of allegations

Interested parties have ten business days, counting from the day following the publication of the notification, to provide whatever allegations, documents, or information they deem appropriate and, if applicable, propose evidence specifying the means they intend to use. Once this period has elapsed without appearance, the agreement will be considered notified and will take the appropriate effect.
