Albacete Health Department notifies two sanitary sanctions by edict
Por FactBox Admin

The Provincial Health Delegation of Albacete has publicized, via edict in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM), two notifications of sanctioning proceedings within the scope of sanitary control that could not be delivered personally to the interested parties. The measure, signed on August 18, 2026, by the provincial delegate Juana García Vitoria, is published in issue number 162 of the bulletin, corresponding to August 25, 2026, in section III of Other Provisions and Acts.
The publication is carried out in accordance with Articles 44 and 46 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, which regulate notification by edict when, after attempting notification, it has not been possible to carry it out at the interested party’s address. In both cases, the act is also inserted in the Official State Gazette to ensure its knowledge.
Two proceedings, two phases of the procedure
The first announcement corresponds to a proposed resolution, a phase prior to the final sanction, while the second refers to a resolution already issued. In both, the affected parties have a period to submit allegations.
- File 039/2026-S (proposed resolution of April 24, 2026), interested party with DNI 05147163Q, resident of Albacete.
- File 080/2025-CS (resolution of May 25, 2025), interested party with DNI 26022991D, resident of Torredelcampo (Jaén).
Deadline and place of appearance
The interested parties have ten business days starting from the day following the publication of the notification to present allegations. For full knowledge of the administrative act, they may appear at the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of Health (Legal Advisory), at Avenida de la Guardia Civil, number 5, Albacete, from 09:00 to 14:00 hours.
Relevance for citizens
Notification by edict ensures that sanctioning proceedings are not paralyzed by the impossibility of locating the interested party, but it requires those affected to stay attentive to official bulletins so as not to miss the defense deadlines. Those listed in these announcements must go to the provincial headquarters within the specified period to learn the full content of the file and exercise their rights.
