Sangarrén and Albero Bajo announce a vacancy for an administrative position and a new employment pool

The Secretarial Grouping of Sangarrén and Albero Bajo has approved the call for the immediate hiring of a temporary administrative assistant and the creation of a new administrative employment pool, according to the rules published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca number 174, dated September 11, 2026 (reference BOPH-2026-174010). The decision was adopted via Decree of the Presidency of the Grouping dated September 9, 2026.
The process seeks to ensure the continuity of municipal services with an immediate incorporation under a temporary labor regime and full-time schedule, and to renew the employment pool due to the exhaustion of the previous one. The new pool will be valid for five years and will serve to agilely cover vacations, sick leaves, permits, and licenses.

The assigned functions include the processing and control of municipal files, public attention, management of the Population Register (Padrón), support for the Intervention and Treasury areas, and the updating of the websites and the Electronic Office of the town halls.
Requirements and Submission of Applications
To be admitted, applicants must meet the requirements of Article 56 of the revised text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee (Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30), including Spanish nationality, functional capacity, being at least 16 years old and not exceeding the compulsory retirement age, and holding a High School Diploma, Technician title, or equivalent.
The application submission period begins the day after publication in the gazette and ends on September 25, 2026 (inclusive). Applications shall be submitted to the General Electronic Registry of the Sangarrén Town Hall, which holds the presidency of the grouping, or in the places provided for in Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure.
The application must be accompanied by the list of merits, a photocopy of the ID (DNI), the High School or Technician diploma, and supporting documentation for the claimed merits.
Scoring Scale and Process Development
Selection will be carried out via competition with a maximum score of 60 points, distributed between services rendered and training.
- Services provided (up to 40 points): 2 points per year in the administrative category and 1 point per year as an administrative assistant.
- Training (up to 20 points): courses directly related to the position, with a maximum seniority of 15 years, valued according to the accredited hours.
In the event of a tie, priority will be given first to the score for services provided and then to that of training; if the tie persists, it will be resolved by draw. The Selection Board will consist of a President, three members, and a Secretary, with their corresponding alternates. The list of successful candidates will be published on the notice board and on the electronic headquarters of the Sangarrén City Council, and the proposed candidate must provide the documentation within two business days.
