San Pedro Manrique approves the public price for municipal electric charging

The San Pedro Manrique City Council has taken the first step toward charging for electric charging at municipal points. The corporation’s Plenary provisionally approved, in an ordinary session held on October 22, the establishment and the regulatory agreement for the public price for electric charging supply at municipal charging points. The agreement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria no. 124, of October 28, 2026, page 3811, with the official reference BOPSO-124-28102026, and opens a thirty-day period for interested parties to submit allegations before the fee becomes final.

The legal framework of the provisional approval

The decision is adopted under Article 17.2 of the Revised Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5. This provision requires that the files for the establishment and regulation of public prices initially approved by the competent body be submitted for public information via an announcement in the official provincial gazette.

The issuing body is the Plenary of the San Pedro Manrique City Council, which adopted the agreement on October 22, 2026. The announcement appears signed in the Soria town on October 23, 2026, by the mayor, José Antonio Hernández Alonso.

Thirty days to examine the file

The announcement sets the conditions for the public exhibition:

• Period: thirty business days of public information.
• Calculation: starting from the day following the insertion of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria, that is, from October 29, 2026.
• Consultation location: the municipal offices of the San Pedro Manrique City Council.

Final approval if there are no claims

The text specifies that, if no claims have been submitted after this period, the agreement will be considered definitively approved. In this way, the fee will be consolidated without the need for a new plenary pronouncement, in accordance with the procedure provided for in the local treasury regulations.

In the event that allegations are registered, the file must be resolved prior to the public price coming into effect, in accordance with the same legal framework invoked in the announcement.

The file comprises two elements: the establishment of the public price for the supply of electric charging and the regulatory agreement that orders its application at municipal charging points.
