San Martín tenders the rental of a municipal home for 202 euros per month

The City Council of San Martín de la Vega del Alberche (Ávila) has announced a competition for the lease of a municipally owned home located at calle Río n.º 4 Bajo, for a rent of 202.00 euros per month (2,427.00 euros per year). The call is formalized by Mayoral Resolution of July 29, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila, number 160, dated August 20, 2026.

The property, a heritage asset intended for housing, has 60.00 m² of usable space and a warehouse or boiler room of 10.50 m², with cadastral reference 7179927UK1777N0001QD. The bidding process is handled through an open procedure with various valuation criteria and is aimed at individuals and family units who establish their habitual and permanent residence in the municipality.

Object and conditions of the contract

The contract, which is a private agreement, has an initial duration of one year, renewable in annual periods up to a minimum duration of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years. The evaluation of proposals will be governed by a plurality of award criteria set out in the Eighth Clause of the Particular Administrative Specifications, which prioritizes residents of the municipality.

• Monthly rent: 202.00 euros (2,427.00 euros per year).
• Surface area: 60.00 m² usable plus 10.50 m² of warehouse.
• Duration: one year, renewable up to a maximum of 7 years.
• Guarantee: no provisional guarantee is required; a definitive deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required.

Submission of applications

Proposals must be submitted at the City Council offices, at calle Río n.º 13, during office hours from 10:30 to 13:30 on Tuesdays and from 15:00 to 17:45 on Wednesdays. The deadline is 10 business days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila.

The documentation shall be delivered in two sealed envelopes signed by the bidder:

• Envelope “A”: Administrative Documentation, according to the model in ANNEX I.
• Envelope “B”: Application and documentation to weigh the priority for the award, according to ANNEX II.

The opening of bids will be made public by mayoral resolution in accordance with the provisions of the specifications.
