San Martín de la Vega outsources urban planning license reports

The City Council of San Martín de la Vega del Alberche has initially approved, by agreement of the Extraordinary Plenary Session of August 12, 2026, a collaboration agreement with the Ávila Territorial Delegation of the Official College of Architects of Castilla y León Este (COACYLE) for the issuance of reports in urban planning license granting files. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila on August 21, 2026, number 1705/26, and opens a public information period of thirty days.

The measure means that the professional college will assume the preparation of the technical report that supports the granting or denial of municipal urban planning licenses, a task that until now corresponded to the technical services of the council itself. The agreement is processed under Article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, which regulates the public information process in administrative procedures.

During the thirty days following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila and on the Corporation’s Notice Board, any interested party may examine the initial text of the agreement at the municipal offices and submit any allegations they deem appropriate.

Final Approval
