Por FactBox Admin

The City Council of San Leonardo de Yagüe has seen the plenary agreement approving budget modification No. 08/2026 automatically raised to final status, which includes an extraordinary credit and a credit supplement totaling 19,911 euros. The elevation occurs as no allegations were submitted during the public exposure period, in accordance with Article 169.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004 of March 5. The announcement is published in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Soria No. 95, of August 17, 2026, page 2807.

The budget modification was initially approved by the Plenary at its session of July 16, 2026, and published for public exposure in BOP Soria No. 84, of July 22, 2026, both on the notice board and on the city council’s electronic headquarters. Once the period elapsed without any interested party submitting allegations, the agreement has been automatically consolidated without the need for a new express agreement from the Plenary.

Items financed with the extraordinary credit

The extraordinary credit, intended to finance pending payment obligations, is distributed across two items:

  • 1610-6190102 – Settlement for network improvement, derived from the execution of the 2024 Plans: 5,546 euros.
  • 3360-7800200 – Rehabilitation of the roof of the hermitage of the Virgen de la Vega: 3,000 euros.

The total extraordinary credit amounts to 8,546 euros.

Credit supplement for sidewalks and football field

In addition to the extraordinary credit, the modification includes a credit supplement of 11,365 euros, which is allocated to:

  • 15320-6090200 – Repair of sidewalks on the Sagunto-Burgos Highway, framed within the 2025 Plans: 4,365 euros.
  • 3420-6320100 – Repair of the football field: 7,000 euros.

Altogether, the four items add up to a total increase in credits of 19,911 euros.

Financing: reduction in the water digitalization item

All of the new allocation is financed by the cancellation of item 1610-6090400, corresponding to Soar Perte – Water digitalization, which is reduced by the same amount of 19,911 euros. In this way, the budget modification does not represent a net increase in spending for the Soria-based council.

Administrative contentious appeal

Against the agreement raised to final status, interested parties may file an administrative contentious appeal in the manner and within the time limits established in Articles 25 to 42 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction, as provided for in Article 171 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004. However, filing said appeal will not by itself suspend the effectiveness of the agreement.

The announcement is dated in San Leonardo de Yagüe on 13 August 2026 and is signed by the mayor, Jesús Elvira Martín. With this elevation to final status, the town council is enabled to carry out the pavement repair works, the football field, the roof of the Virgen de la Vega, and the settlement of network improvements, providing them with the necessary budget to cover the outstanding payment costs.
