Por FactBox Admin

The San Leonardo de Yagüe City Council has opened for public review the execution project for the paving of Infantes de Lara, Antonio Machado, Laguna Negra, and San Cristóbal streets, with a contract execution budget of 75,837.49 euros. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria, number 105, dated September 9, 2026, page 3087, and opens a period of 15 calendar days for the submission of allegations.
The action is funded by the 2026 Territorial Cohesion Fund of the Regional Government of Castilla y León and was approved by Mayoral Decree 395/2026, dated September 6, 2026. The project was drafted by the municipal advisory architect, Ignacio Cabrerizo de Marco.
Shared Financing
The cost of the work is split between the regional administration and the Soria council, according to the financing table included in the announcement:
- Regional Government of Castilla y León: 56,878.12 euros.
- San Leonardo de Yagüe City Council: 18,959.37 euros.
The total amounts to the 75,837.49 euros of the contract execution budget, a figure that remains identical to that of the initially announced project.
Correction of the Initial Project
The announcement recalls that on August 14, 2026, an initial paving project dated August 5, 2026, was published in the provincial gazette, which included Infantes de Lara, Majada de San Pedro, Gerardo Diego, Laguna Negra, and San Cristóbal streets. Upon reviewing the document, the municipal advisory architect detected an error in the determination of the streets subject to action; therefore, a new project was drafted, dated September 4, 2026, which replaces Majada de San Pedro and Gerardo Diego streets with Antonio Machado street.
Period for Allegations
The file is available for legitimate interested parties to submit allegations or claims during 15 calendar days starting from the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria. If no claims are submitted, the file will be understood as definitively approved. The announcement was signed on September 6, 2026, by the mayor, Jesús Elvira Martín.
The renewal of the surface of these urban roads, financed by the territorial cohesion funds of the Regional Government of Castilla y León, represents a direct improvement in safety and accessibility in the town center of San Leonardo de Yagüe, and its processing through public review guarantees the participation of residents before the final approval of the work.
