Public Health publishes the final lists for four healthcare employment pools

The Aragonese Health Service has published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 167, dated August 28, 2026, the definitive lists of admitted and excluded applicants and the provisional lists with the merit assessment for four job banks for the temporary coverage of statutory positions. The decision, adopted by the Management Directorate of the Aragonese Health Service through four resolutions dated August 12, 2026, affects thousands of applicants for temporary healthcare employment in the centers of the Autonomous Community.

The four resolutions, published in section II (Authorities and Personnel), in the competitive examinations and contests section, correspond to the categories of Higher Technician in Oral Hygiene, Higher Technician in Radiodiagnosis, Higher Technician in Radiotherapy, and Higher Technician Specialist in Dietetics and Nutrition. All of them update the job banks as of the cutoff date of September 30, 2025.

What is published and within what timeframe

Each resolution makes the list of those admitted to the job bank definitive, publishes the definitive list of excluded applicants stating the reasons for their exclusion, and releases the provisional list with the assessment of merits registered in the personal file up to the cutoff date. Interested parties have ten business days, counting from the day following publication, to correct the deficiencies indicated in the merits and submit any claims they deem appropriate regarding the provisional qualification.

• Claims must be addressed to the Statutory Personnel Selection and Provision Service, at Plaza de la Convivencia, 2, 50017 Zaragoza.
• They may be submitted at the Registry of the Aragonese Health Service, at the Registry Units of the Government of Aragon, or through the means specified in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1.
• The necessary documentation to support and justify the correction or modification must be attached.
• Whether the claims are accepted or not will be made evident upon the publication of the definitive list of merits, without individual notification.

Regulatory framework

The calls are governed by base 7.ª 1 of the resolutions that opened each job bank: the Resolution of October 8, 2020 (BOA number 214, of October 27, 2020) for Oral Hygiene, Radiodiagnosis, and Radiotherapy, and the Resolution of February 11, 2025 (BOA number 34, of February 19, 2025) for Dietetics and Nutrition. The transition of the lists to definitive status complies with base 5.ª 1 of annex II of the Pact of February 20, 2008, signed with the representative unions in Aragon for the provision of temporary positions.

Consultation and appeals

The lists can be consulted on the Aragonese Health Service website, in the Human Resources Portal, under the Healthcare Personnel and Temporary Employment section. Given the open and permanent nature of these pools, excluded applicants may request their inclusion in the lists again. Against the resolutions, which do not exhaust administrative remedies, an administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) may be filed before the head of the Department of Health within one month, in accordance with article 48.3 of the Recast Text of the Law of the Aragonese Health Service and articles 121 and 122 of Law 39/2015. The resolutions were signed in Zaragoza on August 12, 2026, by José Julio Gil Pardo, Director of the Economic-Administrative Area, substituting for the managing director.

The publication represents a key step for thousands of healthcare professionals aspiring to a temporary position in Aragonese hospitals and health centers, as it definitively establishes who remains within each pool and orders their merit-based scoring. Those who do not review their status within ten business days will lose the opportunity to correct errors or provide documentation; therefore, consulting the lists is essential to avoid being left out of future calls.
