Sagunto appoints two auxiliary urban planning technicians as civil servants

The Sagunto City Council has appointed two auxiliary urban planning technicians as career civil servants, thereby consolidating municipal technical staff following the conclusion of the corresponding selection process. The decision was adopted via Mayoral-Presidency Resolution number 7982, dated August 5, 2026, and has been made public in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) number 10450, dated September 14, 2026.

The new civil servants are integrated into the special administration scale, technical sub-scale, auxiliary technician class, following the completion of the selection procedure on July 17, 2026. The announcement, signed by the general secretary Emilio Olmos Gimeno in Sagunto on August 24, 2026, is published in section II (Authorities and personnel), section B) of appointments and dismissals.

The Appointees

The two individuals attaining the status of career civil servants are:

• José Ignacio Monteagudo Sampériz, with DNI *0060.
• Rubén Gil Real, with DNI *7056.

Both passed the selection process convened by the council and are assigned to the urban planning area as auxiliary technicians, reinforcing the municipality’s technical staff.

Regulatory Framework

The publication is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 62 of Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, which approves the revised text of the Law of the Basic Statute of Public Employees, and Article 58 of Law 4/2021, of April 16, of the Valencian public service. Both regulations govern the publicity of appointments for career civil servants.
