SADECO creates Director of Organization and People position

The Municipal Sanitation Company of Córdoba, SA (SADECO) has approved the creation of a position for Director of Organization and People and the start of the corresponding selection process, according to the announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 172, dated September 4, 2026 (page 12875), with reference BOP-A-2026-3042. The decision originates from the company’s Board of Directors, which has authorized the Management-Directorate to approve the rules of the process under article 16.12 of the SADECO Bylaws.

This is a newly created management position that will be filled through a competitive examination (concurso-oposición) with an integral evaluation of the competency profile. The call is framed within the Other Entities section of the gazette and is signed by the Managing Director of SADECO, José Carlos Gómez Rodríguez, dated September 2, 2026.

Nature of the position and requirements

The position is considered non-unionized management personnel, with the category of Higher Degree Holder, and is linked via an employment contract under Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015 (Workers’ Statute), under the same remuneration conditions as the other Directorates of SADECO.

Applicants must meet the following essential requirements:

• Higher university degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration and Management, or Law.
• Minimum experience of ten (10) years in positions of responsibility in people management, organizational development, or strategic Human Resources.

Selection system

The competitive examination is structured into two distinct blocks. Block I consists of the curricular evaluation, with a maximum of 25 points; Block II is an integrated in-person evaluation—competency tests, individual Role Play, and a structured competency-based interview—with a maximum of 75 points. The process is technically supported by the specialized company Highbrook Recruitment Services.
