Sabiñánigo consolidates six officials as sports facility officers

The Sabiñánigo City Council has agreed to the appointment as permanent civil servants to the positions of sports facilities officer for six individuals who have passed the corresponding internal promotion process. The decision, adopted through respective Mayoral decrees dated August 24, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca number 161, Tuesday, August 25, 2026, with the official reference BOPH-2026-161011.

The positions are classified under the Special Administration Scale, Special Services Subscale, Trades Personnel Class, Officer Category, Group C, Subgroup C2. The announcement is disseminated for the purposes of Article 62 of the Revised Text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, and Article 25.2 of the General Regulation for the Entry of Personnel into the Service of the General State Administration, approved by Royal Decree 364/1995, of March 10.

The six appointments

Each of the civil servants has been consolidated through an individual Mayoral decree, all dated August 24, 2026:

• Ms. Rosa Ana Acín Cajal, via Mayoral Decree No. 1958/2026.
• Mr. José Manuel Bailo Beltrán, via Mayoral Decree No. 1959/2026.
• Mr. Alejandro Grasa Roldán, via Mayoral Decree No. 1960/2026.
• Ms. Mª Josefa Mallada Gracia, via Mayoral Decree No. 1961/2026.
• Ms. Mª Pilar Ubieto Lain, via Mayoral Decree No. 1962/2026.
• Mr. Luis Miguel Palacio Hayas, via Mayoral Decree No. 1963/2026.

Deadline for taking office

The six civil servants are granted a period of thirty calendar days to take office, which will be calculated from the day following the receipt of the notification. To do so, they must appear at the council’s Personnel Department.

Regulatory framework and signature

The publication is carried out in compliance with the public service regulations that govern the filling of positions and the professional promotion of civil servants, guaranteeing the publicity of appointments derived from internal promotion processes. The announcement is signed by the Mayor of Sabiñánigo, Berta Fernández Pueyo, dated August 24, 2026.

The consolidation of these six positions reinforces the municipal staff dedicated to the management and maintenance of Sabiñánigo’s sports facilities, a key service for local sporting activity.
