Rupit and Pruit tender the improvement of the connections of their water reservoirs

The Rupit i Pruit City Council has opened the bidding process to award the execution of the project “Improvement of the connections to the Rupit and Pruit Reservoirs, Lot 1”, a water infrastructure work of municipal interest. The bidding notice, signed by Mayor Albert Marce Pujol on September 3, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona (BOPB) on September 7, 2026, with official reference CVE 202610137976.

The contract, approved by agreement of the Municipal Plenary along with the specific administrative clauses, is processed through a simplified open procedure and will be awarded to the most economically advantageous offer, evaluated according to various criteria detailed in the specifications.

Object and scope of the work

The action consists of executing the improvement of the connections of the municipal water reservoirs in the district of Rupit and Pruit, specifically at the Pruit, el Soler, and Pinòs reservoirs. The contract has a planned duration of two months from the start of the works.

• Base tender budget: 130,346.92 euros, VAT included.
• Taxable base: 107,724.73 euros.
• VAT (21%): 22,622.19 euros.
• Definitive guarantee: 5% of the award amount, excluding VAT.
• Provisional guarantee: not required.

Deadlines and submission conditions

Interested companies may submit their offers to the Document Entry Registry of the Rupit i Pruit City Council (Plaça Major, 6, 08569 Rupit i Pruit), before 2:00 PM on the last day of the deadline. The submission period is twenty calendar days counted from the publication of the announcement on the Contractor Profile.

• Offer maintenance period: two months.
• Admission of variants: not permitted.
• Opening of offers: the date and time of the act will be published on the contractor profile and notified to the bidders.
• Advertising expenses: to be borne by the awarded contractor, up to a maximum of 1,000.00 euros.
