The City Council of Rosselló has opened the call for grants for the implementation of activities and initiatives in the fields of social welfare, culture, sports, environment, education, and economic promotion for the 2026 fiscal year, with a maximum budget credit of 31,400.00 euros. The summary is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida no. 203, dated October 23, 2026, with the official reference BOP-2026_0_203_8842 and the National Grants Database identifier BDNS 936995. Applications can be submitted until November 15, 2026.

The call is governed by the specific grant awarding rules approved for 2026 and by Chapter IV of the corporation’s budget execution rules. The full text can be consulted in the National Grants Database, in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Law on Grants. The announcement is signed by the mayor, Joan Andreu Urbano Fernández, dated September 28, 2026.

Seven budget applications for a single aid package

The expenditure is distributed among seven municipal budget applications, although the call sets a global ceiling of 31,400 euros:

  • 3110048000
  • 32300-48000
  • 32301-48000
  • 33400-48000
  • 33700-48000
  • 33701-48000
  • 34100-48000

The objective is to grant aid, within the limits of the municipal budget, to entities and associations that develop activities in these six areas within the municipality of Rosselló and that complement municipal competencies. The stated purpose is to improve the social cohesion of the municipality, promote the associative network and citizen participation, and stimulate the associative movement as a driver of social activity.

Competitive bidding and distribution of competencies

The awarding regime is based on competitive bidding, meaning that the submitted applications will be evaluated and compared with one another. The requirements that beneficiaries must meet are those set out in section 2 of the specific rules, and the documentation that must accompany the request is detailed in section 6.

The processing of the procedure corresponds to the competent department, which will submit the proposal to the mayor’s office for approval. The resolution agreement of the call ends the administrative route.

Deadlines and publicity

The administrative calendar is established as follows:

  • Submission of applications: until November 15, 2026.
  • Resolution: one month from the end of the submission period.
  • Public information of the rules: twenty days from the day following the publication of the announcement in the BOP and on the corporation’s notice board.

If, after this twenty-day period, no claims or allegations have been submitted, the rules shall be considered definitively approved without the need for a further agreement. The official advertising media are the National Grants Database, the BOP of Lleida, and the corporation’s electronic office.

The call comes at a time when local associations depend on these grants to sustain cultural, sporting, and social service activities in the municipality. With a deadline of just over three weeks and a competitive bidding procedure, interested entities must complete the documentation and submit the project before November 15 to opt for a portion of the 31,400 euros.
