Roskilde court summons creditors over Groeningen Enterprise reconstruction plan

The Skifteretten i Roskilde has summoned the creditors of Groeningen Enterprise ApS to a meeting on 26 October 2026 at 10.00 to discuss the company’s reconstruction plan, according to a notice published in Statstidende on 7 October 2026.
