Rosenbeck estate sets 40.23 percent dividend at telephone creditors meeting
Por FactBox Admin

The insolvent estate of Pauli Anton Rosenbeck will put a draft estate account showing a dividend of 40.23 percent to creditors for confirmation at a telephone meeting on 4 November 2026. The call is announced in Statstidende of 20 October 2026, in the death-estate section under reference S16102026-223, and is signed by the estate administrator, advokat Lone Stemann Nielsen.
The announcement is filed as an “Indkaldelse til bomøde” and headed “Afsluttende bomøde”, the closing creditors’ meeting of a death estate administered as insolvent. It was signed in Odense on 16 October 2026, leaving creditors just under three weeks to examine the account before the meeting. The estate is being wound up under the probate court Retten i Odense, case number SKS 15-1583/2024.
A meeting held by telephone
The confirmation hearing will not take place in a courtroom. According to the notice, creditors join by telephone:
- Date and time: 4 November 2026 at 13:30.
- Format: telephone meeting, dial 81 11 12 13 and enter code 66692123.
- Documents: the draft estate account is available for inspection at the estate administrator’s office.
The notice states that the draft account presented is expected to be confirmed at the closing meeting. No venue address is given, and no physical hearing is scheduled.
What the 40.23 percent covers
The draft account shows a dividend of 40.23 percent, the figure that creditors are being asked to approve. The announcement does not state the total value of the estate, the total amount to be distributed in kroner, or the size of the claims admitted, so the cash value of the payout cannot be derived from the notice itself.
The percentage is the central figure of the case: it determines how much each admitted claim in the estate will recover once the account is confirmed. Other estate meetings announced in the same edition of Statstidende show how widely such outcomes vary, ranging from a dividend of 25.5359 percent in one Sønderborg estate to cases where funds cover only funeral costs and priority pension claims.
Four weeks to object
Confirmation is not automatic. The notice sets out a fixed window for challenges:
- Complaints must be lodged within four weeks of the closing meeting.
- Complaints are to be addressed to the estate administrator, not to the court.
- If no complaint arrives in that period, the estate account becomes final.
That makes 2 December 2026 the effective cut-off date for objections, four weeks after the 4 November meeting.
Estate details as published
The announcement identifies the deceased and the procedural framework as follows:
- Deceased: Pauli Anton Rosenbeck, CPR number 2604411257.
- Date of death: 12 June 2024.
- Last registered address: Svovlhatten 2D, st. 7, Tornbjerg, 5220 Odense SØ.
- Probate court: Retten i Odense.
- Case number: SKS 15-1583/2024.
- Administrator: advokat Lone Stemann Nielsen, signing in Odense on 16 October 2026.
The estate has been in insolvent administration since the death in June 2024, and the closing meeting marks the end of that process.
Why it matters
For creditors with admitted claims, the 4 November call is the last practical opportunity to challenge the account before it becomes final and the 40.23 percent dividend is fixed. Missing the four-week deadline forecloses further objection, which makes the dial-in details and the inspection of the draft at the administrator’s office the operative information in the notice.
