Rosa María Sánchez Rosa, new provincial delegate secretary in Jaén

The General Directorate of Teaching and Human Resources Management of the Ministry of Education has awarded the position of Provincial Delegate Secretary in the Territorial Delegation of Education of Jaén to the civil servant Rosa María Sánchez Rosa. The appointment, processed through the free designation procedure, is published in the Official Gazette of the Regional Government of Andalusia (BOJA) number 164, dated August 25, 2026, on page 11226.

The award is formalized by the Resolution of August 17, 2026, signed by the general director Carlos Muñoz Morales, and responds to the call issued by the General Directorate itself via Resolution of July 6, 2026 (BOJA no. 133, of July 13).

Regulatory Framework

The procedure is carried out under articles 124 and 128 of Law 5/2023, of June 7, on the Public Service of Andalusia, and the powers conferred by the Order of May 11, 2025 (BOJA no. 91, of May 15). Appeals and Effects

Against the resolution, which ends the administrative route, interested parties may file a contentious-administrative appeal within two months of its publication in the BOJA before the competent Contentious-Administrative Court, or, optionally, a request for reconsideration within one month before the same body.

The appointment strengthens the territorial structure of the educational administration in Jaén, providing the Territorial Delegation of Education with a manager with a proven profile in human resources management and within the Andalusian educational sphere.
