Roda de Ter delegates the tender for the porch of Can Planoles

The Plenary of the Roda de Ter City Council has delegated to the Local Government Board the exercise of the competencies corresponding to it as the contracting authority in the new tender for the works contract for the reconstruction of the porch of Can Planoles. The agreement was adopted in the ordinary session of September 15, 2026, and is made public in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on October 6, 2026, with the official reference CVE 202610146042. The delegation covers the entire processing of the procedure, from the approval of the file and the specifications to the award and formalization of the contract.

The publication is made in compliance with Article 9.3 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the legal regime of the public sector, and Article 51.2 of the Regulation on the organization, operation, and legal regime of local entities, approved by Royal Decree 2568/1986, of November 28. The announcement reproduces the “Fourth” agreement adopted by the Plenary, which transfers to the Local Government Board the functions attributed to the Plenary as the contracting authority in this specific file.

The document is signed by the mayor of Roda de Ter, Toni Mas i Febrer, and is dated in the municipality on September 28, 2026. Effects and official publication

The delegation takes effect from the day after the adoption of the agreement, that is, from September 16, 2026, without prejudice to its publication in the provincial bulletin. This means that the Local Governing Board can already act on this file from that date.

The agreement establishes that in the agreements adopted by the Local Governing Board in the exercise of this delegation, this circumstance and the body from which the competence proceeds must be expressly stated. The announcement is published for general knowledge and for the appropriate purposes.

The decision positions the porch of Can Planoles as one of the prominent public works projects of Roda de Ter and concentrates in the Local Governing Board the capacity to resolve the tender. For the residents, the procedure is the previous step to the execution of reconstruction works affecting an emblematic space of the municipality, and its development can be followed through future publications in the official bulletin.
