Por FactBox Admin

The Riudellots de la Selva City Council has definitively approved the consolidated text of the recovery intervention project for the Riudevilla bridge, a local infrastructure work with a contract execution budget of 71,749.14 euros, VAT included. The agreement, adopted by Mayoral resolution 2026DECR000677, dated August 19, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (no. 167, of August 31, 2026, edict 7531).

Definitive approval and regulatory framework

The decision is made public in accordance with article 38.2 of Decree 179/1995, of June 13, which approves the Regulation of works, activities, and services of local entities. The consolidated text of the project, which aims to recover the Riudevilla bridge, is thus definitively approved via administrative channels.

The agreement is digitally signed by the mayor, Josep Lluís Santamaria i Moreno, on August 20, 2026.

Appeal deadlines

As this is a definitive agreement via administrative channels, interested parties have the following avenues for appeal:

  • Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Courts, within a period of two months.
  • Appeal for reversal, optional, within a period of one month from notification and/or publication.

In the event of filing an appeal for reversal, a contentious-administrative appeal cannot be filed until the former has been resolved.

A work with impact on mobility

The recovery of the Riudevilla bridge constitutes a local infrastructure action with a direct impact on the municipality’s mobility. The project, now definitively approved, sets a contract execution budget of 71,749.14 euros, VAT included, and opens the door to the bidding and subsequent execution of the works.

Publication in the official gazette guarantees the transparency of the procedure and provides legal certainty to the action, which must be materialized in the coming months to restore passage over the river and normalize traffic in the area.
