The project, signed on June 30, 2026, contemplates the transformation and transfer of the company’s registered office to Avenida Paseo del Mar, PH Océana Two, 69th floor, Costa del Este, Panama City (Republic of Panama). The company, registered under sheet M 590825 of the Commercial Registry of Madrid, currently maintains its headquarters at calle del Eucalipto 25, 1st floor, Madrid.
