Rioseco de Soria presents the project for its social center to the public

The Rioseco de Soria City Council has opened for public review the basic and execution project for the Social Center Phase 1, an action valued at 190,500 euros which the corporation’s Plenary approved on October 15, 2026. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria no. 121, corresponding to Wednesday, October 21, 2026, on page 3632 and with the official reference BOPSO-121-21102026. Any interested party has fifteen days to examine the document and present any allegations they deem appropriate.

The plenary agreement is the starting point of the process: the approval of the project by the municipal governing body now enables the opening of the file for consultation by residents and anyone who can prove an interest in the work. A facility for the residents

The object of the file is the basic and execution project of the Social Center Phase 1, with an amount of 190,500 euros. This is the municipal investment of the highest economic value recorded in the provincial gazette of the day, and its purpose is a collective-use facility for the town.

That document also remains available to interested parties at the City Council headquarters, so that residents can simultaneously consult the social center project and the adjustment plan approved by the corporation.
