Rillo approves budget modification number one of 2026

The Rillo City Council has definitively approved the Budget Modification file no. 1 for the 2026 fiscal year, which increases the real investments chapter of the municipal budget by 206,000 euros. The decision is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel number 177, dated September 16, 2026, under reference No. 2026-2668.

The approval is processed under Article 169 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the Revised Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries, and Article 20 of Royal Decree 500/1990, of April 20. In accordance with these regulations, the council proceeds to publish the modified budget, summarized by chapters, for general knowledge.

Details of the modification

The municipality’s expenditure budget is increased entirely in the real investments chapter, without altering the remaining current expenditure items:

• Chapter 6 (Real investments): increase of 206,000.00 €
• Total expenditure increases: 206,000.00 €

Financing of the operation

To cover the increase, the city council combines a reduction in expenditure with a new entry of capital income:

• Decrease in expenditure, Chapter 6 (Real investments): -80,000.00 €
• Increase in income, Chapter 7 (Capital transfers): 126,000.00 €
• Total financing: 206,000.00 €

In this way, the majority of the investment effort (126,000 euros) is supported by capital transfers received by the entity, while the remaining 80,000 euros are obtained by reallocating credit already planned within the investment chapter itself.

Against the definitive approval of the budget modification, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed directly, in the form and within the deadlines established by current regulations, as provided for in Article 171 in relation to Articles 177 and 179 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5.
