Resolution on livestock concessions in the El Salobral polygon

The Provincial Delegation notifies resolutions in Iryda concession files

The Provincial Delegation of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of Albacete has made public, through a notice published in the DOCM with reference 2026/6061, a set of resolutions adopted in files relating to concessions awarded by the Iryda on the plots of the livestock estate of El Salobral, area Las Cortesías. The publication, dated 30 July 2026, is processed due to the impossibility of carrying out personal notification to the interested parties, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 44 and 46 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (BOE No. 236, of 2 October 2015).

The resolutions cover three types of actions: declaration of expiry and termination for non-compliance, archiving of files due to the holder’s waiver, and declaration of succession in the concessions. These are measures affecting the regime for the use of plots in a livestock estate managed under the framework of agrarian reform in Castilla-La Mancha.

Appearance period and administrative headquarters

The affected holders have a period of 10 business days, counted from the day following the publication of the notice, to attend the administrative headquarters and become aware of the full content of the resolution issued in their file. The service hours are set from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The headquarters where interested parties may appear is the Provincial Delegation of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of Albacete, located at Tesifonte Gallego Street, 1, sixth floor, Secretariat. The notification is addressed both to interested parties whose addresses are unknown and to those whose personal notification has been unsuccessful.

Affected beneficiaries: 30 holders and 7 entities

The notice identifies the recipients in two lists. Annex I contains 30 national identity documents or tax identification numbers of individual holders whose address is not recorded in the file or whose personal notification failed. Annex II lists 7 interested parties identified by name or business name, including:
