Por FactBox Admin

Crediq Inversiones CR S.A. will auction a Chevrolet Aveo LT vehicle, license plate BRZ087, with a base price of 8,923.01 dollars, on November 5, 2026, at 10:00 hours. The auction is being conducted as part of an extrajudicial pledge execution process brought against Falon Francinie Vidal Bermúdez and was published in La Gaceta No. 199 on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, via the edict with reference IN202601133709.
The notice is signed by the notary public Msc Frank Herrera Ulate at thirteen hours on October 6, 2026, under case file No. 047-2024, and orders its publication twice consecutively, with the first insertion at least five days before the date set for the auction. The auction will take place at the door of the notary office, located in San José, Pavas, Oficentro La Virgen, Tower Seven.
The edict does not state the amount of the debt originating the execution: it is limited to setting the auction base, the conditions of the asset, and the auction schedule. The base is expressed in the legal tender of the United States of America.
Fact sheet of the auctioned vehicle
It is a five-person automobile, with the following technical characteristics according to the edict:
- License plate BRZ087, brand Chevrolet, style Aveo LT.
- Category: automobile, four-door sedan body, 4x2 traction.
- Chassis number LSGHD52H9KD097397 and engine number L2B190113472.
- Year of manufacture 2019, color white, displacement 1,500 cubic centimeters, fuel gasoline.
A traffic report weighs on the asset
The vehicle is offered free of annotations, collisions, and infractions, but it carries a registered traffic report in volume 0800, entry 00978583, sequence 001. This case is being processed under summary number 22-000177-1455-TR in the Court of Contraventions and Small Claims of Tarrazú, Dota, and León Cortés, a warning that the edict expressly includes for those interested in bidding.
Three dates with decreasing bases
If no bidders appear, the auction will be repeated on two additional occasions, with successive reductions from the original base:
- First auction: 10:00 hours on November 5, 2026, base of 8,923.01 dollars.
- Second auction: 10:00 hours on November 17, 2026, base of 6,692.25 dollars (75% of the original base).
- Third auction: 10:00 hours on November 27, 2026, base of 2,230.75 dollars (25% of the original base).
Those wishing to participate may pay with a certified check issued in favor of the creditor or via cash deposit into the bank account in the name of the creditor at the Banco de Costa Rica, IBAN CR87015201001024217801, for the total amount of the offer. Original documents must be presented on the indicated date and time to participate in the auction.
The publication of the edict opens the window of participation for buyers interested in a vehicle with a relatively low base price compared to its market value, but it also marks a milestone for the debtor, Falon Francinie Vidal Bermúdez, who faces the loss of the asset if the auction is completed. The first auction takes place less than three weeks after the publication, and the base price drops by up to a quarter by the third attempt, which is why bidders’ interest is concentrated on the initial date.
