Auction of mining concessions due to unpaid patents in San Bernardo

The 1st Civil Court of San Bernardo has scheduled the auction hearing for exploration and exploitation mining concessions with unpaid patents for November 25, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The decision was adopted in case file C-1453-2026, captioned General Treasury of the Republic (TGR) / ARI 2 S.A., and is published in the Official Mining Bulletin of August 25, 2026 (CVE 2844248).

The resolution, issued on July 17, 2026, by Judge Gregory Anthony Rojas Cerda, granted the submission entered via the virtual judicial office on July 14, 2026, and ordered the corresponding legal publications to be made in the Official Mining Bulletin.

Auction Framework

The procedure is part of the collection of unpaid mining patents managed by the General Treasury of the Republic, through the Provincial Treasury of Maipo, whose treasurer is María Alicia Brito Rodríguez. The published lists correspond to the period 01/03/2026–28/02/2027 and cover exploration and exploitation concessions located in the communes of Calera de Tango and San Bernardo.

The call includes four lists with folios 1507598, 1507597, 1507600, and 1507599, which detail the national role, the name of each concession, the holder, the amount billed, and the amount owed in pesos and in UTM.

Exploration Concessions

In Calera de Tango, exploration concessions with unpaid patents are listed, including:

  • COLUMBIA 1 and COLUMBIA 2, held by Tracy Ortiz Gallardo, with $429,894 owed (6 UTM) each.
  • LA RENDIDORA, held by SLM La Rendidora de Calera de Tango, for $429,894 (6 UTM).
  • QUELTEHUE, held by Tikuna Energía SpA, for $859,788 (12 UTM).
  • SANTA ISABEL, SANTA ISABEL 2, and SANTA ISABEL 3, held by Icafal Lancuyen SpA, with debts between $429,894 and $1,289,682.

In San Bernardo, concessions held by Gasoducto Gasandes S.A. (ANDES A1, A2, A3, A5, and D), PV Power Chile SpA (BARRANCON, SANTA INES 2, 4, and 5), Grupo Energy Lancuyen SpA (LOS PETALOS), Arrayán SpA, and Inversiones Inmobiliarias Tres L Ltda (TRES L and WALTER2023) are listed.

Exploitation Concessions

The exploitation lists concentrate the highest amounts owed, notably:

  • LAS ULTIMAS 1/200, held by SLM Las Ultimas 1-200 San Bernardo, with $24,933,852 (348 UTM), the highest debt on the list.
  • LOS TRES MILAGROS I 1/20, PERLITA 1/20, EL ARISTO 2 1/20, PAILA 3 1/20, and PAILA 4 1/20, held by Minerales Nobles S.A., with debts up to $5,731,920.
  • MAPOCHO 1 1/13 and MAPOCHO 2 1/40, held by Inmobiliaria Los Cóndores S.A., for $1,347,002 and $4,470,898.
  • BEATRIZ 1/40 and IRALA 1/57, held by ARI 2 S.A., the company sued in the case.
  • LO HERRERA 1/100, held by Agrícola e Inversiones La Viña, for $2,865,960.
