Redecilla del Camino tenders the lease of 19 rustic farm plots

The City Council of Redecilla del Camino has called for an auction for the leasing of 19 lots of municipally owned rural estates, with water rights in most cases. The resolution, signed by Mayor Julio Gallo García on September 17, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos no. 181, dated September 23, 2026, within section III. Local Administration (reference BOPBUR-2026-04040). Interested parties have fifteen calendar days from the publication of the announcement to submit their proposals.

Object and list of lots

The purpose of the contract is the leasing of lots of rural estates owned by the council, identified by location and plot number, with their total area and the area with water rights, expressed in hectares, areas, and centiares. The complete list is as follows:

• Lot 1, Ramillana location, plot 30: 2-23-00 in area and 0-60-00 with water rights.
• Lot 2, Rioseco, plot 17: 1-56-00 and 1-56-00.
• Lot 3, El Manzanillo, plot 100: 0-89-80 and 0-89-80.
• Lot 4, El Arenal, plot 142: 2-77-20 and 0-60-00.
• Lots 5, 6, and 7, Rempujes (plot 584) and Carcavas (plots 521 and 507) locations: 0-18-20, 0-28-00, and 0-26-00.
• Lot 8, Matarromeros: 0-30-00, entirely with water rights.
• Lot 9, Juncal (Grañón), plot 142: 3-00-82 and 3-00-82.
• Lot 10, Varguillas, plot 353: 0-18-60 and 0-18-60.
• Lot 11, Santa Bárbara, plot 74: 5-21-20 and 5-21-20.
• Lot 12, Espinal, plot 387: 0-95-80 and 0-95-80.
• Lot 13, Parral, plot 178-1: 0-82-80 and 0-82-80.
• Lots 14 and 15, Prado de la Villa, plots 219 and 220: 8-21-00 and 9-00-00, both with water rights.
• Lot 16, Camino Grañón, plot 253: 1-95-80 and 1-95-80.
• Lot 17, Las Eras, plot 258: 0-90-20 and 0-90-20.
• Lot 18, Villorceros, plot 345: 2-04-20 and 2-04-20.
• Lot 19, Los Cascajos, plot 121: 2-79-00 and 2-79-80.

Fee, duration, and guarantees

The lease fee is set as an annual rent per agricultural campaign, with a bidding rate ranging from 25.00 euros for lots 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 up to 3,300.00 euros for lot 15. The highest-value lots are:

• Lot 15, Prado de la Villa (plot 220): 3,300.00 euros.
• Lot 14, Prado de la Villa (plot 219): 3,200.00 euros.
• Lot 9, Juncal (Grañón): 930.00 euros.
• Lot 11, Santa Bárbara: 725.00 euros.
• Lot 16, Camino Grañón: 705.00 euros.
• Lot 18, Villorceros: 600.00 euros.
• Lot 19, Los Cascajos: 525.00 euros.

The duration of the lease is set at five years or agricultural campaigns, beginning in October 2026 and concluding in September 2031. No provisional guarantee is required, while the definitive guarantee will be 6% of the price for the entire duration of the contract and may be established in any of the forms provided for in the LCSP.

Specifications and submission of bids

The specifications will be available for review every business day at the secretariat of the Ayuntamiento de Redecilla del Camino. Proposals shall be submitted within a period of fifteen calendar days from the publication of the announcement in the Boletín Oficial de la Provincia, following the formalities established in clause 6 of the specifications.

The auction offers farmers and livestock breeders in the region the possibility of accessing municipal agricultural land with water rights for five seasons, in an area where access to land and irrigation determines the viability of the farms.
