Administrative appeals against health-related oppositions in Navarra

The Official Gazette of Navarra (BON) number 165, dated August 21, 2026, publishes several notices regarding administrative appeals (recursos de alzada) filed against the final results of selection processes for healthcare and general services. The Directorate General of Public Service informs all interested parties that they have a period of ten business days to submit allegations.

The appeals are processed in accordance with articles 45 and 118 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and affect calls for applications from the Navarre Health Service-Osunbidea and the Administration of the Chartered Community of Navarra.

Dentistry and family medicine

Notice is given of the filing of administrative appeals against the final results of the competition phase of the call, via competitive examination (concurso-oposición), for 8 dentist positions at the Navarre Health Service-Osunbidea, approved by Resolution 1960E/2025, of October 13, of the managing director of the organization, published in BON number 218, of October 31, 2025.

An appeal has also been filed against the final results of the competition phase of the call for 38 family and community medicine positions (E.A.P.–S.E.U.–S.N.U.), approved by Resolution 1921E/2025, of October 9, of the managing director of the Navarre Health Service-Osunbidea.

General services: 158 positions

The most extensive notice affects the call, via competitive examination (oposición), for one hundred and fifty-eight positions for the job of general services, approved by Resolution 1321/2025, of May 13, of the Director General of Public Service. In this case, individual administrative appeals have been filed by ten applicants:

Deadline and method of submission

Allegations may be submitted within a maximum period of ten business days starting from the day following the publication of the notice, at the General Registry located at avenida Roncesvalles, 11, Pamplona, or by any of the means provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015. To obtain a copy of the appeals filed, interested persons may request it through the Electronic General Registry of Navarra, providing an email address to which the documentation will be sent, in accordance with section 8 of Foral Order 59/2020, of May 14.

The announcements are signed by the head of the Legal Assistance Section for Resource Management, María José Álvarez Los Arcos, and by the Director General of Public Service, Gloria Arancón Largo.

The publication of these appeals opens a path for administrative review that may alter the final lists of successful candidates in selection processes key to reinforcing Navarre’s public healthcare and the general services of the Foral Administration. Affected applicants must stay mindful of the deadlines to avoid losing the opportunity to file claims.
