Recirculation of Taibilla river flows for public information

The Mancomunidad de los Canales del Taibilla, O.A. has opened the public information process for the “Flow recirculation project for the improvement of the ecological status of the Taibilla River (Ab/Various)”, with reference V-02/23-04. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Albacete number 100, dated August 28, 2026, within the first Section, State Administration, under the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge.

The public information period extends for thirty (30) business days, during which the technical documentation and the environmental impact study may be examined. The calculation of the period begins the day following the publication of the announcement in the last of the official gazettes in which it must be disseminated.

Submission of allegations

Any documentation that is wished to be provided must be submitted via the registry within the conferred period.
