Fifteen admitted to the architect's job pool for Sagra Baja

The Mancomunidad de Servicios de la Sagra Baja has published the final list of admitted and excluded applicants for the creation of the employment pool for interim civil servant architects, via a competitive examination process. The list, approved by Mayoral Resolution No. 2026/47 of August 28, 2026, appears in the Official Gazette of the Province of Toledo number 168, of September 3, 2026, in the Mancomunidades section.

The process is part of the call published in BOP No. 140 of July 27, 2026. The final list includes 15 admitted applicants and no excluded applicants, and also designates the tribunal that will judge the tests.

Exam on September 14

The first and only mandatory exercise will be held on September 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Villaseca de la Sagra Town Hall. Applicants must bring their DNI or a valid identity document (driver’s license or passport), and in case of loss or renewal, the corresponding receipt accompanied by a photograph.

They must also bring a black or blue pen and a printed copy of their application for participation, should it be requested at the time of the test.

Against this resolution, which exhausts administrative remedies, an optional appeal for reversal may be filed within one month, or a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed within two months before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of First Instance of Toledo, in accordance with Laws 39/2015 and 29/1998.

The publication of this final list clears the way for filling architect positions in the member municipalities of the Sagra Baja, a key technical profile for local urban planning procedures. The examination to be held on September 14 will mark the next milestone of a process of interest to both the admitted professionals and the city councils that will benefit from the talent pool.
