How to submit observations
Contributions should be addressed to the Directorate of Environmental Evaluation for Natural and Productive Resource Projects (DEAR) of Senace, through the Digital Filing Office module (https://enlinea.senace.gob.pe/mpd) or the email participacionciudadana@senace.gob.pe. The deadline is fifteen (15) calendar days from the publication of the notice in El Peruano, that is, until November 3, 2026.
The digital version of the file can be consulted on the Information Platform of the Single Window for Environmental Certification of Senace (https://www.senace.gob.pe/eva/), by entering Citizen Consultation and the file number M-EIAD-00190-2026. Copies of the documents may be requested from the authorities indicated in the notice.
The opening of this stage is decisive for the communities of Torata and Samegua, which will be able to review the scope of the fifth modification of the mine’s environmental instrument and establish a position before Senace before the agency resolves the evaluation. File M-EIAD-00190-2026 therefore concentrates the citizen observations that could condition the environmental viability of the changes proposed by Anglo American Quellaveco S.A. in Moquegua.
