The first exercise will consist of a questionnaire of 80 multiple-choice questions based on the syllabus of Annex I (20 topics), with a duration of 90 minutes and a maximum score of 30 points, requiring a minimum of 15 to pass. The second will be a practical questionnaire of 40 questions, lasting 60 minutes and also worth 30 points, with a minimum of 15 to pass. In the competition phase, professional experience will be valued up to a maximum of 25 points, and higher academic training and qualifications up to 15 points.
The Evaluating Board will be composed of a president, three members, and a secretary, who will have a voice but no vote. Notifications and announcements regarding the procedure will be made exclusively through the Notice Board of the Electronic Office of the City Council, in accordance with article 45.1.b) of Law 39/2015. The rules, signed in Pulpí on September 24, 2026, by the mayor-president, Juan Pedro García Pérez, exhaust the administrative route and may be challenged through an optional appeal for reversal within one month or a contentious-administrative appeal within two months.
The call opens an opportunity for stable public employment in the municipality and reinforces the municipal staff with one administrative position. For candidates from the region, the process requires staying alert to the publication of the summary in the Official State Gazette, as that announcement marks the beginning of the count of twenty business days to submit the application.
