The notice, processed under File 1312/2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands No. 162, of 13 August 2026 (reference BOC-A-2026-162-2919). - Calle Luis Doreste Silva No. 2, mezzanine, Tamarco Building, 35004 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
- Calle La Marina No. 53, Europa Building, 1st floor, 38001 Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
The vessels may be visited at the ports where they are located until the deadline for submission of bids, as established in condition 17 of the Tender Specifications. The complementary documentation is available to interested parties in the Contracting Authority’s Profile (puertoscanarios.es/subastas) and at the indicated offices.
Public auction event
The public event will be held in the Meeting Room of the headquarters of Puertos Canarios in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, within the month following the end of the deadline for submission of bids. The date and time will be published on the entity’s website at least five days in advance of its holding.
The auction aims to free up docks, pontoons and slipways occupied by vessels without activity, improving the management of public port space. For the Canary Islands nautical sector, it also represents an opportunity to acquire vessels at starting prices far below market prices, with an average starting price of around 4,000 euros per lot.
