Beneficiaries of FEADER aid to areas with constraints published

The General Directorate of Community Agricultural Policy, under the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of the Regional Government of Castile and León, has publicised the list of beneficiaries of the so-called payment 3/2025 of the aid for areas with constraints, co-financed by the EAFRD within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Kingdom of Spain for the period 2023-2027. The list corresponds to the Resolution of 8 May 2026, by which payment of the 2025 applications is granted, and its notice is published in Official Gazette of Castile and León number 155, of 12 August 2026, with the official reference BOCYL-D-12082026-155-3.

The aid was announced by the Order of 27 January 2025 of the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development, registered in the National Subsidies Database under code BDNS 810706. As it is an intervention included in the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027, its financing is co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), so its granting and payment are subject to the publicity obligations inherent to European funds.

The publication of the notice is carried out in accordance with Articles 40 and 45 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. According to this law, publication in the gazette has the effects of notification to interested parties.

Where to consult the list of beneficiaries

The list of beneficiaries, identified with reference AYG05325, is published on the electronic office of the Administration of the Community of Castile and León (www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es), specifically on the notice board of the Paying Agency. This list states, for each beneficiary, the amount of the aid granted.

Furthermore, the resolution granting payment can be consulted on the Virtual Office of the CAP portal (https://pac.jcyl.es), where interested parties can access their file and the individualised information on the aid.

Scope of the notice

The notice directly affects farmers and livestock farmers in Castile and León who submitted applications for the 2025 campaign for the aid for areas with constraints, an intervention aimed at compensating for the natural or specific disadvantages of holdings located in these areas. Among the relevant data of the notice, the following should be highlighted:

• The payment granted is the third of the 2025 campaign (payment 3/2025), processed based on the applications submitted under the call of the Order of 27 January 2025.
• The list AYG05325 includes the individualized amount granted to each beneficiary person.
• The consultation can be carried out both on the notice board of the Paying Agency and in the Virtual Office of the CAP portal, without the need for in-person attendance.

Relevance for the agricultural sector

The dissemination of these lists responds to the transparency obligations accompanying aid co-financed by the European Union and allows each beneficiary to individually know the amount corresponding to them. For the agricultural sector of Castilla y León, aid to areas with limitations constitutes key structural support for the viability of farms located in areas with greater natural difficulties and for the maintenance of activity and population in rural areas.
