2026 salary tables for the Tarragona wine collective agreement published

The Department of Enterprise and Labour of the Generalitat has arranged for the registration and publication of the salary tables for the year 2026 of the collective labour agreement for the wine industry sector of the province of Tarragona. The resolution, signed on October 1, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona on October 13, 2026, with the reference CVE 2026-09185 and a length of two pages. The new tables set monthly salaries between 1,249.38 and 1,565.64 euros depending on the professional group.

The text is framed within the collective agreement identified with the code 43000415011994. According to the resolution, on September 19, 2026, Pedro Carmona Contreras presented, on behalf of the Negotiating Commission, the salary tables signed by the negotiating parties on September 18, 2026. The resolution has been notified to the same Negotiating Commission of the agreement.

Registration in the registry and official publication

The resolution is based on article 90.2 and 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, which approves the Revised Text of the Workers’ Statute Law, and on article 2.1.a) of Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of collective labour agreements and equality plans.

It also invokes article 170.1 e) and j) of Organic Law 6/2006, of July 19, for the reform of the Statute of Autonomy of Catalonia, and Decree 162/2026, of September 8, on the restructuring of the Department of Enterprise and Labour.

The first resolving section orders the registration of the tables in the Registry of collective labour agreements and equality plans, attached to the Territorial Services of the Department of Enterprise and Labour in Tarragona, and its publication in the provincial gazette. New salaries by professional groups

The literal transcription of the text signed by the parties details the monthly salaries for each of the groups:

• Group 1: 1,565.64 euros
• Group 2: 1,475.91 euros
• Group 3: 1,357.55 euros
• Group 4A: 1,337.16 euros
• Group 4B: 1,307.44 euros
• Group 5: 1,278.33 euros
• Group 6: 1,249.38 euros

The difference between the highest and lowest group is 316.26 euros per month, reflecting the professional classification scale agreed upon for the year 2026.

Seniority, per diems and mileage

The document also updates the seniority amounts, with differentiated values per biennium and quadrennium:

• Group 1: 54.52 euros for biennium and 108.57 for quadrennium
• Group 2: 50.77 and 101.72 euros
• Group 3: 44.35 and 88.57 euros
• Group 4A: 42.90 and 86.54 euros
• Group 4B: 41.87 and 83.73 euros
• Group 5: 40.44 and 81.09 euros
• Group 6: 39.16 and 78.10 euros

Regarding travel allowances, the tables set a full per diem of 53.26 euros, a half per diem of 24.34 euros, and a mileage rate of 0.47 euros.
