2026 salary tables for the Lleida wood agreement published

The Department of Enterprise and Labor of the Generalitat de Catalunya has ordered the registration and publication of the salary tables for the year 2026 of the collective labor agreement for the wood and cork sector in the counties of Lleida. The resolution is dated October 5, 2026, and appears published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida (BOP) no. 193, of October 9, 2026, with the official reference BOP-2026_0_193_8329. The agreement on the tables was signed by the negotiating commission of the agreement on June 11, 2026.
The resolution is framed within articles 90.2 and 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, which approves the revised text of the Workers’ Statute Law, and article 2 of Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of agreements, collective labor agreements, and equality plans. It is also based on Decree 162/2026, of September 8, on the restructuring of the Department of Enterprise and Labor.
The affected agreement is that of the wood and cork sector of the counties of Lleida, with agreement code no. 25000165011993. The edict occupies pages 1 to 4 of BOP no. 193 and bears edict number 8329.
Registration in the registry and official publication
The operative part of the edict contains two mandates:
- To arrange the registration of the 2026 salary tables of the agreement (code 25000165011993) in the Registry of agreements, collective labor agreements, and equality plans of the Territorial Services of the Department of Enterprise and Labor in Lleida.
- To arrange that the aforementioned text be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida.
The resolution is issued by the management of the Territorial Services in Lleida, and the official document is signed by Maria Pilar Espax Gaya.
Unanimous agreement of the negotiating commission
The minutes of the negotiating commission record that the meeting was held in Lleida at 10:30 a.m. on June 11, 2026, at the headquarters of the Wood Business Association of Lleida, at Rambla Ferran number 32. The purpose of the session was the approval of the technical revision of the 2025 tables, applicable as of January 1, 2026.
The attendees listed in the minutes are:
- For the business side, Marta Montserrat Aragonès, representing the Wood Business Association.
- For UGT, Juani Arenas, Fernando Serrando Vargas, and Antonio Avi Perez.
- For CCOO, Lorena Ibars Ballesta.
- For Intersindical, Igor Vagil Fedoriv.
The parties mutually recognized each other’s representative and negotiating capacity, authorized Marta Montserrat Aragonès to carry out the registration of the agreements and the tables in the BOP, and the minutes were read, approved, and signed unanimously by all attendees.
Adjustment to the minimum interprofessional wage
The agreement responds to the increase in the Minimum Interprofessional Wage for the year 2026. In accordance with the published minimum threshold, the salaries for the categories corresponding to GROUP 7 of the collective agreement, which had fallen below the legal minimum remuneration, were updated.
With this publication, the 2026 salary tables are formally in effect and are directly applicable to the companies and workers of the wood and cork sector in the regions of Lleida, who can now consult the updated amounts in the official text of the edict.
