Provisional list of jury candidates for Córdoba published through 2028

The National Statistics Institute has published the provisional list of jury candidates for the province of Córdoba, consisting of 800 people and with a validity period extending until December 31, 2028. The announcement appears in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 198, corresponding to Tuesday, October 13, 2026, within the General State Administration section, and carries the official reference BOP-A-2026-3398. The list was signed on September 28, 2026, by the provincial delegate of the Electoral Census Office of Córdoba, Lucía Rodríguez Fernández.

The list was obtained from the electoral census, as provided for in Article 13 of Organic Law 5/1995, of May 9, on the Jury Court, and through the selection process provided for in Royal Decree 1398/1995, of August 4. The prior draw took place on September 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM, in Room 20 of the City of Justice, located at Isla Mallorca street s/n in Córdoba, as announced in BOP number 178, of September 15, 2026 (reference BOP-A-2026-3105).

Eight hundred candidates ordered by municipality

The document occupies 34 pages of the gazette, from page 14771 to 14804, and presents the list ordered by municipalities of the province, from Adamuz to La Guijarrosa. Each entry incorporates the following data:

• Candidate order number.
• First surname and second surname.
• First name.
• National Identity Document, with the central digits hidden.

The list begins in Adamuz and goes through localities such as Aguilar de la Frontera, Baena, Cabra, Córdoba, Lucena, Montilla, Palma del Río, Peñarroya-Pueblonuevo, Pozoblanco, Priego de Córdoba, Puente Genil, or Rute, among many others, until closing in La Guijarrosa. The capital, Córdoba, is the municipality with the highest number of candidates in the entire list.

Validity and provisional nature

The published list is provisional and will be in effect until December 31, 2028, as expressly indicated in the header of each page. The total number of candidates amounts to 800, a figure that appears at the bottom of the document along with the certification of the provincial delegate.

As this is a provisional list, the registry does not yet constitute the definitive roll of jury candidates for the province. The citizens included in it remain available to be called to serve on a jury tribunal during the specified period of validity.

The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba for general knowledge, so that any interested person may check if they appear on the list. The consultation is carried out through the official copy of the gazette, identified by number 198 and reference BOP-A-2026-3398.

The publication of this list directly affects the 800 selected citizens and, indirectly, the province as a whole, as the jurors who will participate in jury trials held in Córdoba over the next two years will be drawn from it. Inclusion in the list does not imply an immediate summons, but rather the status of candidate throughout the entire period of validity.
